Thank you for participating in this research study exploring perceptions of clinicians regarding gaming.  The survey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

For the purposes of this study, gaming devices are defined as: "electronic games, whether through consoles, computers, mobile phones or another medium altogether" (Techopedia, 2018). 

Gaming is defined as:

Devices with games that:

1) Include rules

2) Has a goal or an objective eg collect as many coins as possible

3) Include a feedback system e.g points/repetitions

4) Voluntary participation (Warsinsky, 2011)

Gaming device examples include: Nintendo Wii, Xbox Kinect, Rejoyce Workstation, AbleX, LusioMATE, Amadeo, Sony Playstation, Diego, Myro, Armeo Power, Armeo Spring, H Man, BIMEO, InMotion, etc.
